CAUSE: ECM is turned on or the customer is using a DSL Line and there are no filters attached to the MFP.
SOLUTION: To correct: 1. Go into Service Mode, Fax Settings, and Communications to turn off - ECM. 2. Verify if the customer is using DSL. 3. DSL filters need to be installed.
