CAUSE: Incorrect Image Position Lead Edge value.
SOLUTION: Increase Image Position Lead Edge:
1.Enter Service Mode.
2.Select Machine.
3.Select Scanner Area. Increase the value one step at a time and recheck in reduction mode until the line is gone.
Note :The Application Erase Right Edge can also be used from the MFP main copy screen in conjunction with the reduction to take care of the problem, but this would be temporary.
