CAUSE: After upgrading the firmware to version 81, all jobs faxed will be reduced onto one side of the page (8.5x11).

SOLUTION: To correct this, check the following:
1. Go into Service Mode, System1, Marketing Area set to US, Fax Target is set to US.
2. Go into Fax, click on Initialization, Fax Function Parameter, YES.
3. Enter FAX mode, go into Utility/Counter, User Setting, Initial Setting, select Factory Default, OK, Close, Close, power OFF SubSwitch, power OFF Main Switch.
4. Wait a few seconds before powering ON again and send TX Fax.
